Parasailing?? with Wakeboards - Lake Ontario

Im not sure if this is Parasailing, Wakesailing, Wakechuting or Parasurfin' USA? Anyway there were a number of people participating in this sport at Cherry Beach this week.

I have never been there before to this hidden downtown very noncitylike beach. It was like I wasnt even in the city... Im a fan...(minus the smell of dog @#$! in the parking lot)
